The Gardens Ballroom at Anshe Sholom Chabad JCC

Space Details
The hall is 2,100 sq. ft (if you require a small place we have room dividers available). There is a full kitchen with sink and (2) bathrooms on premises.
Hall Rental Fees
Standard:$100.00 per hour (minimum 4 hours) or $1300 for the entire Shabbat (3 meals)

Deposit:$100 Non-Refundable
Setup & cleanup: Option A: $75 FLAT FEE (Basic Setup & Cleanup) Option B: (Full Time Cleaner $25 p/hr to maintain cleanliness of the venue) Exact details must be prearranged.

Food and Use of Kitchen
Food Service
All foods served must be certified Kosher by reputable kosher certification agencies. Refrigerator and freezer can be used to store food. No food prepared in private homes is allowed.
Indemnification / Damages
Host agrees to maintain responsibility for attendees during the time of event. By signing our official agreement, Anshe Sholom Chabad JCC is absolved of said responsibility. Host will be held financially responsible for any and all damage incurred to the hall, building and/or equipment and utensils in the course of the event.
Halachic Observances
Saturday night events (*excluding Melavah Malka for locals): Saturday night events begin at a minimum of 90 minutes after Shabbat conclusion. Any setup, preparation or arrival of caterer and/or event items/supplies/etc. at Chabad’s premises may not occur until after the conclusion of Shabbat. This time varies weekly; please consult with the office for the Shabbat end time.
Our facility strictly follows Halachah, and guests are respectfully expected to do their utmost to adhere to its letter and spirit. Thank you for your consideration.
Facility’s Official Name
The proper name of our facility for usage in all invitations, announcements, etc, shall be: The Gardens Ballroom (at Anshe Sholom Chabad). It is suggested that hosts provide a copy of final proof to the office for review, to prevent Hebrew date and typographical errors, and other such errors that may have accidentally been created.
Maintenance
Host agrees to maintain responsibility for attendees during the time of the event including setup and cleanup. By signing below, the Anshe Sholom Chabad is absolved of said responsibility.
