


We are delighted that you are considering Anshe Sholom Chabad JCC for your private event, enrichment program, celebration, or Simcha. Our goal is to provide a welcoming, beautiful, and comfortable space for memorable community and family events.
We kindly ask all hosts and guests to respect our facility policies and guidelines so that The Gardens Ballroom can continue to serve our community for many years to come.
Space Details
The Gardens Ballroom offers approximately 2,100 square feet of event space. Room dividers are available when a smaller event area is preferred.
The facility includes a full kitchen with sink and two bathrooms on the premises.
Rental Fees & Policies
- Rental Rate: $100 per hour
- Minimum Rental: $500
- Cleaning Fee: $100
- Deposit: $100 non-refundable deposit
- ASC Partners: 10% discount
- Room Setup: The room must be returned to the same setup and arrangement in which it was found.

Available Equipment
The following equipment is currently available for use:
- 10 folding rectangular or round tables
- Speaker with AUX connection and microphone
- 100 black chairs
- Bar table
- Stage and podium
Chair covers in a variety of colors may be ordered separately.
Food & Kitchen Use
All food served at the facility must be certified Kosher by a reputable Kosher certification agency.
The refrigerator and freezer may be used for food storage when arranged in advance.
No food prepared in private homes is permitted.
Responsibility & Damages
The event host is responsible for attendees during the event, including setup and cleanup. By signing the official rental agreement, the host agrees that Anshe Sholom Chabad JCC is absolved of responsibility for attendees during the rental period.
The host will be financially responsible for any damage to the ballroom, building, equipment, furnishings, or utensils occurring during the event.
Halachic Observances
Saturday night events, excluding Melaveh Malka for locals, may begin no earlier than 90 minutes after the conclusion of Shabbat.
Setup, preparation, caterer arrival, deliveries, and event supplies may not enter Chabad's premises until after Shabbat has concluded. Because the time varies throughout the year, please contact the office to confirm the appropriate Shabbat ending time for your event date.
Our facility strictly follows Halachah. Guests and vendors are respectfully expected to adhere to both its letter and spirit.

Hosts are encouraged to provide the office with a final proof of invitations or announcements for review, particularly when Hebrew dates or other religious information are included.
